Creative Coaching

By identifying your personal strengths and applying them in balance, creative coaching can energize you to take actions that are more effective and successful.

Coaching helps you to reach your goals, be more dynamic in your actions, and live a balanced satisfying life. There are myriad types of coaching, but most include at least some of these strategies: finding your strengths, creating balance, achieving goals, giving reminders and encouragement, helping develop accountability, providing a model of how people function, journaling, modeling the behaviors you want, creating measurable results, connecting with community, encouraging spiritual life, and being unabashedly positive! Some of the earliest pioneers of coaching are Anthony Robbins and Cheryl Richardson.

Coaching can be useful for executive decision making, personal growth and success, spiritual growth, relationship enhancement, career development or change, and major life transitions.
