My approach to helping people is to clearly understand each person’s way of thinking, feeling, understanding, and living – their unique personal psychology – and to tailor an effective method of helping to the individual, their strengths and their needs. I integrate effective treatment from various traditions: Positive Psychotherapy, Interpersonal, Person-Centered, Cognitive, Behavioral, Gestalt, Jungian, Logotherapy, Solution-oriented,  and Life Coaching.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Graduate Institute for Professional Psychology at the University of Hartford in 2000, and have been providing psychotherapy since 1987. I have provided coaching since 2003. The state of Massachusetts has licensed me as both a psychologist (Psy.D.) and a mental health counselor (LMHC).
